RYOBI The client’s Agency of Record hired us to translate the user manuals for their gardening equipment to penetrate the market in Eastern Europe, asking us to provide translations of voluminous materials into Slavic languages such as Croatian, Bosnian, Slovene, Russian, Hungarian, Polish and Czech in a 2-week time period.

CATERPILLAR This heavy equipment manufacturer has employed PTS as a preferred vendor for decades. Besides translating a substantial number of equipment manuals, we have also translated projects such as a CD library to conduct training on heavy equipment. Such project entailed the translation of the English script, Power Point presentations, user guides and voice-overs for the CD’s. The project encompassed French, Spanish, Portuguese and German.

NIKE This multinational sporting goods conglomerate has utilized Professional Translating Services to translate the state-of-the-art laptop sales materials and videos provided to their international sales force on a quarterly basis. This project entailed the translation of scripts and lip-synched voice-overs of the videos contained in the CD’s of their advertising collaterals. Translations were into Korean, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Castilian and Latin American Spanish. In addition, we have provided simultaneous interpreting services into Spanish, German, French and Italian for their annual sales meetings at the Nike campus in Portland and other locations in the U.S.
