PAGE & ASSOCIATES (The Lifeline Program) When this specialized insurance provider was ready to launch a new insurance product in Austria and Germany, it approached PTS for support with its German translations and cultural expertise for that market. Since their management was not fluent in the language, PTS’s expert translators identified inconsistencies in the product delivery overseas through back-translations, and alerted the client so that it could take immediate action with its local representatives.
